Jesus shows that John the Baptist, His works, and the Scriptures all testify that He is the Son sent by the Father, calling people to believe and have life. He warns that seeking the approval of others and missing that all Scripture points to Him will keep people in unbelief.

Philippians 3:10-11 

On a day that holds both grief and joy, the empty tomb shows that knowing Christ surpasses all else, his resurrection power sustains us through suffering, and death no longer has the final word. In the face of real loss and weakness, the risen Jesus offers forgiveness, endurance, and the sure hope that those who trust in him will rise again.
